Crucially, eAI operates on a strict zero-retention policy for customer operational data. We do NOT use your proprietary corporate data, PII, or NPI to train our foundational models or any public language models. Your data remains completely isolated within your dedicated VPC tenant.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information under the following circumstances:

• With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting partners) who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and SOC2 compliance.
