1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the eAI platform, APIs, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. License and Access

eAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform strictly for enterprise operational purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our agentic execution layer or underlying reasoning models.

3. Enterprise Responsibilities

When utilizing our autonomous agents, you remain entirely responsible for the policies and guardrails you configure. eAI provides the execution infrastructure, but you are responsible for ensuring that the actions taken by the agents comply with your internal compliance mandates and external regulatory requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill arising from the deployment of our autonomous agents. Our total liability is capped at the total fees paid by your organization to eAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately if you violate these Terms or use our infrastructure to conduct illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
